Demand for Robbie Williams tickets for his 2013 dates exceeded the 6 inital dates and within hours more Robbie Williams live dates were added. Robbie Williams is now playing several stadium dates in Manchester, Glasgow and London. This not only makes the Take The Crown Tour 2013 Robbie Williams' biggest solo tour to date, it also gets close to scratch the success of Take That's The Progress Live Tour - the all record-breaking stadium tour that saw Robbie reunite with his former boyband band mates.

Robbie Williams is currently enjoying a comeback very few would have predicted. Following the insanely successful Progress Live tour with Take That, Robbie Williams worked hard on the follow-up to his ill-received 2009 release, Reality Killed The Video Star.

The result is the 11-track album Take The Crown. Produced by studio whizz, Jacknife Lee, Robbie Williams’ Take The Crown features song collaborations with several people, including his old Take That buddy, Gary Barlow on the songs Different and the single Candy.

Back at the top of his game, Robbie Williams is now taking Take The Crown out on the road. Following a series of arena concerts at the end of 2012, Robbie Williams is now going big. Massive stadium shows in key UK cities will see a Robbie Williams concert like no other before. If anything, it looks like his stadium tour with Take That was only the rehearsal for the Take The Crown Robbie Williams 2013 Tour.

Robbie Williams’ evergreen career began in 1990 when he joined what was to become one of Britain’s most successful boybands to date, and captured the heart of millions with his cheeky style and charisma.

Going through the trials and tribulations of being in such an successful band, Robbie Williams went onto become a successful solo artist and released 'Millennium' which reached the Top 20 in Europe as well as far afield as Australia. The follow-up 'I've Been Expecting You' overtook all expectation and went 10x platinum.

Robbie Williams' pop fairy tale started when Robbie and Take That shot to fame in the early 90’s with their debut album ‘Take That and Party.’ Take That set the standard for all boybands that would eventually aim to follow their success but not many other boybands came close to duplicate the success of those 4 boys from Manchester.

When he left the band in 1995 to the disbelief of his countless fans around the globe, it looked as if his pop career was over.

Instead Robbie Williams reinvented himself as a highly successful solo artist who would move on to pursue a highly successful solo career, releasing several chart toppers and award winning albums.

In 2005, Gary Barlow, Mark Owen, Howard Donald, and Jason Orange reunited as Take That but it wasn’t until 2011 when Robbie Williams reunited with take That for what has since become officially the most successful tour in history. Following the tour, Robbie disappeared for a few months from the public tor to return to his solo career. The results are the top-selling comeback album Take The Crown and its chart-topping single, Candy. Next on Robbie’s plan to pop domination is his 2013 Robbie Williams tour with large stadium shows in the UK.
