The London Wembley Stadium show will bring Roger Waters’ The Wall concept back to the UK on an enormous stage. His previous arena concerts where already hailed as a stunning and gigantic spectacular; knowing Roger Waters and his aim to outdo ‘epic’, The Wall at London’s Wembley stadium should see the final and definite live adaptation of his The Wall.
One of the founding members of Pink Floyd and following original Pink Floyd frontman Syd Barrett’s departure, Roger Waters has been the brain behind Pink Floyd’s unrivalled 70’s concept albums, such as Dark Side of The Moon and The Wall.
Waters performed his Orwellian concept masterpiece, The Wall last year to sold-out UK arenas and even surprised fans when Pink Floyd members, drummer Nick Mason and guitarist David Gilmour made an unexpected cameo appearance during the performance of Comfortably Numb.
Roger Waters’ The Wall shows have been praised as one of his best and see the intrinsic concept of The Wall finally realised for the live stage.
Previously, Roger Waters toured The Dark Side of The Moon to equally enthusiastic reviews.
