Shed Seven were formed in York in 1990 and crashed onto the burgeoning Britpop scene in 1993 with their debut “Change Giver” and their break-through album “A Maximum High,” which followed in 1994. The band enjoyed their biggest success during 1996 when Shed Seven scored 5 UK Top 40 songs in the single charts.
