In these terms and conditions (except where a different interpretation is necessary in the context) the words and expressions set out below shall have the following meanings:

1. The prize draw is only to anyone aged 18 (eighteen) and over (at the time of entry). Employees and contractors (and their respective families) of GET ME IN! and Ticketmaster (including its group companies) are not eligible to enter.
2. To enter, add your 1 (one), 2 (two) or 3 (three) artist/band choices onto the competition webpage and tweet this entry on Tweeter at hashtag [#UltimateFestivalLineup]. The entry will not be valid if the entry is not also Tweeted. Only one (1) entry per person is permitted.
3. No responsibility is accepted for entries which are lost, corrupted, incomplete or for any failure to capture entry information.
4. The winner of the Prize will be selected at random. No correspondence shall be entered into. The winner shall be contacted by the Promoter via Twitter.
5. Details of the winner may be disclosed by the Promoter on its website or obtained fourteen (14) days after the Notification Date by sending a self addressed envelope to: Marketing Department, GET ME IN! Ltd, PO Box 43, London, WC2H 7LR. By entering the prize draw, you expressly agree to permit such disclosure if you are the winner.
6. The winner will receive the Prize, which will be held on account by the Promoter. The winner will be provided with an email address for the Promoter and will email this email address to request tickets for events they would like to attend, unless the credit is used up. The Promoter must have tickets to the event on the site and the winner must make the request no later than 2 (two) weeks before the event date. The Winner does not need to spend £1000 in one go and has 12 (twelve) months from the issue date of the Prize to spend the £1,000 credit.
7. Entry implies acceptance of these terms and conditions as final and binding. Entries which are not in accordance with the terms and conditions will be disqualified.
8. The payment of any costs and expenses involved in claiming the Prize are the responsibility of the winner. Any and all applicable taxes or duties in relation to the Prize are the responsibility of the winner(s).
9. The Prize should be claimed by the winner within 14 (fourteen) days of notification. If the winner cannot be contacted or the Prize notification is returned or is undeliverable, such winner forfeits all rights to the Prize, and an alternate winner will be selected. The process shall be repeated until the Prize is awarded. The Prize is non-transferable and no cash alternative is offered.
10. Any omission to exercise, or delay in exercising, any right or remedy under these terms and conditions shall not constitute a waiver by the Promoter of that, or any other, right or remedy.
11. The Promoter reserves the right to suspend, cancel or modify the prize draw at any time (and for any reason) without notice.
12. The Promoter shall not be responsible for damages, losses or liabilities of any kind, including without limitation, direct, indirect or consequential loss or damages arising out of or in relation to the prize draw. The liability of the Promoter shall be limited to £50 (fifty pounds). Nothing in this clause shall limit or exclude liability for death or personal injury as a result of the Promoter’s negligence.
13. The prize draw will be governed by English law and is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
