The Royal Opera House at Covent Garden, London, is the most important and one of the oldest opera houses in the UK. The first Royal Opera House on the site was openend on December 7, 1732. The current building is the third theater on the site and was opened on 15 May 1858. Recently, almost 8 years ago, the Royal Opera House building was renovated. All productions at the Royal Opera House London are sung in the original language with English surtitles.
